We are a Gulf Power CheckMe!® Plus Contractor
Have your heating and cooling system tested by a trained CheckMe!® Plus contractor to see if you qualify for a Gulf Power incentive of up to $215 on repairs, $150 for a fan motor retrofit, from $100 to $1,000 for a new air-source heating and cooling system, or $500 per ton for geothermal. And get up to $300 when you test and seal your duct system to ensure your whole system is working most efficiently.

We service all brands!
We service and repair all brands of heating and air conditioning systems with both the older R-22 and newer R410a refrigerant (freon). We replace existing heating and air conditioning systems as well as new construction. All heating and air conditioning systems have basically the same brand compressor, fan motors and electrical parts; it’s the contractor that makes the difference.
New Installations
We also do new installations of energy efficient heating and cooling systems for new construction or for those who want to upgrade to a new system. Our four personal choices of heating and air conditioning systems, based on reliability, affordability and performance, are American Standard, Comfortmaker, and Goodman.
